摘要
配制不同固化剂含量的环氧/双氰胺热熔树脂,并制备树脂浇铸体。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、红外测试(FTIR)动态热机械分析(DMA)和力学性能测试,研究了活泼氢与环氧基团的物质的量比(Hy/Ep)对体系固化反应活性、固化产物结构的影响,探讨了不同Hy/Ep树脂浇铸体在水煮加速老化过程中的吸水率、玻璃化转变温度(T)和弯曲性能演变行为。结果表明,降低Hy/Ep可显著提升树脂交联网络的醚键含量,从而改善树脂的耐湿热性能,当Hy/Ep为0.2时,树脂95℃水煮7 d的吸水率为2.48%,树脂弯曲强度保留率达86%,表现出良好的耐湿热性能。
The epoxy/dicyandiamide resins with different curing agent contents were prepared and resin casting matrix was prepared.The effect of the molar ratios of active hydrogen to epoxy groups(Hy/Ep)on the curing reaction activity and structure of cured products of epoxy/dicyandiamide resin system was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis(DMA),and universal material testing machine.The evolution of water absorption behavior,glass transition temperature(T)and flexural performace of resin casts with different Hy/Ep ratios under accelerated aging conditions were investigated.The results show that decreasing Hy/Ep ratios could significantly increase the ether bond contents of the cross-linked network of the cured resin,thus improving the hydrothermal resistance of the resin casts.When Hy/Ep ratio is 0.2 in the resin system,the water absorption of the as prepared resin casts is 2.48%and the flexural strength retention reaches 86%after 7 days soaking in 95℃water,demonstrating good hydrothermal resistance property.
