摘要
经过长期的实践,大多数机床制造企业已经形成了比较系统的质量管理标准和规范,建立了ISO9000质量管理体系,这些标准、规范和管理体系在企业的质量管理方面发挥了重要的作用。但可靠性作为衡量数控机床性能的重要指标,也是用户最关心的质量指标,在国内机床制造企业还没有得到应有的重视。而要提高数控机床的可靠性,首要的是在企业建立完整的可靠性管理体系。本文结合国内数控机床制造企业的实际,建立了可靠性管理体系的整体框架,介绍了可靠性管理体系所涵盖的主要内容、涉及的关键技术及实施流程,最后介绍了可靠性管理体系向质量管理体系的融合方法。
Through years of practice, most machine tool manufacturing enterprises had systemic quality management norms and standards, and established ISO9000 quality management system, which played an important role in quality management for enterprise. As an important index of the performance of CNC machine tools and also as a most concerned quality index for users, however, reliability didn't get the attention it deserves. To improve the reliability of CNC machine tools, the first and foremost is to establish a complete reliability management system. According to the current situation of domestic CNC machine manufacturing enterprises, the framework of CNC machine reliability management system was established, which described the main contents, key technology and implementation process, and at last presented the fusion method of reliability management system to the quality management system.
