摘要
现代装备发展的需求决定了装备研制可靠性工作的地位,而可靠性工作的特点也决定了可靠性管理工作的重要性。要提高产品的固有可靠性,工作重点是在产品的承制单位。同时需要协调管理。本文针对装备研制部门中可靠性管理的特点,系统地描述了管理体系的目的、要求和工作内容,并分析了其流程,同时给出了具体的组织构建,以及相关部门和人员的职责描述。
The demand of the modern materiel determines the position of the materiel development reliability program, and the characteristic of the reliability program determines the importance of reliability management work. In improvement of the product inherent reliability, the manufacturer plays a vital role in the reliability management. In view of the reliability management characteristic in materiel development department, the purpose, requirement and work content of reliability management system are described, and its work flow are analyzed. Then organization construct, correlative department and the personnel responsibility are provided.
