摘要
该文通过分析采煤机截割部摇臂的结构,提出先进的故障诊断方法,统计常见故障并分析原因,最后提出预防和减少故障产生的方法和步骤,从而减少停机维修概率,提高生产效率,延长使用寿命。
In this paper, the structure of the cutting part of shearer is analyzed, the advanced fault diagnosis method is put forward, and the method of preventing and reducing failure is proposed, which reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, and prolong service life.
