摘要
在不小于45°的急倾斜煤层开采方面,目前普遍使用的油池飞溅润滑已经远远达不到润滑要求,润滑不良容易导致轴承发热损坏,齿轮过度磨损影响寿命。为保证应用于大倾角煤层的采煤机在上山和下山采煤过程中摇臂的齿轮、轴承得到较充分润滑,通过对摇臂进行分腔设计,前、后摇臂单独设计强迫润滑系统,同时结合仿真软件分析和车间试验确定合适的加油位,确保大倾角采煤机摇臂的润滑。
In the mining of steeply inclined coal seam with an angle greater than or equal to 45°,the current commonly used oil pool splash lubrication has been far from the lubrication requirements,poor lubrication is easy to lead to bearing heating damage,excessive wear of the gear affects the life.In order to ensure that the gear bearing of the rocker arm applied in the shearer with large dip angle coal seam gets sufficient lubrication in the process of mining up and down the hill,the rocker arm was designed by subcavity,and the front and rear rocker arms were designed separately to force lubrication system.At the same time,the appropriate refueling position was determined by combining the simulation software analysis and the workshop test,so as to ensure the lubrication of the rocker arm of the large dip angle shearer.
