人乳头瘤病毒16型E5蛋白的生物学活性研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 宫颈癌发病率位于女性肿瘤的第3位,全球每年有约27万女性死于宫颈癌。人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续感染是宫颈癌的主要危险因素,90%以上的宫颈癌伴有高危型HPV感染。HPV是一种乳头瘤空泡病毒,为球形DNA病毒,能引起皮肤黏膜的鳞状上皮增殖。目前已分离出130多种HPV,根据其致癌危险性不同可分为低危型(low-risk human papilloma virus,LR-HPV)和高危型(high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)两大类。
