摘要
淋巴道转移是恶性肿瘤转移的重要途径之一,而肿瘤相关微淋巴管内皮细胞是肿瘤发生淋巴道转移的重要界面。关于肿瘤相关微淋巴管内皮细胞分子生物学及分离技术的研究将为进一步探索恶性肿瘤的浸润转移提供更好地平台,同时也为临床上肿瘤转移的预防及治疗提供良好的指南。
Lymphatic metastasis is one of the most important metastasis approaches of malignant tumor. The tumor- associated lymphatic endothelial cell is the important interface of tumor metastasis. The research on molecular biology and separation technology of tumo～associated microlymphatic endothelial cells will not only provide a better platform for the deep exploration of malignant tumor invasion and metastasis, but also provide a good guide for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis.
