摘要
从师资的选拔、教材的选择和以加强临床技能训练为导向的教学体系和评估体系的构建与实践等方面总结了武汉市某高校医学留学生诊断学教学的经验和体会。医学留学生操作成绩和中国学生无明显差异(85.0±13.55 vs 92.6±7.31,P>0.05);操作成绩优秀者(>90分)占总医学留学生的51.1%。因此,以加强临床技能训练为导向的多元化教学手段和评估体系的应用可以提高诊断学教学效果,从而推动留学生医学教学发展。
The experience of teaching physical diagnostics for foreign students from selection of tutor and textbooks, construction and practice of reinforcing clinical skills oriented teaching and evaluating system were summarized by a hospital. The results showed that compared with the Chinese medical students, there's no significant difference between foreign medical students and Chinese students (85.0 ± 13.55 vs 92.6 ± 7.31, P 〉 0. 05 ). Excellent at clinical skills ( 〉 95 score) account for 51.1% of the total foreign medical students. Thus come to the conclusion that the effect of teaching diagnostics can be improved by enhancing clinical skills training oriented diversified teaching and evaluation systems, then promote the medical teaching of foreign students.
