摘要
对1994-2006届本科毕业生进行调查,用人单位对毕业生的总体评价较高。医学院校应进一步加强医学生综合素质教育和临床技能训练、继续推进毕业生的就业指导工作和对外交流工作,为社会培养和输送更加优秀的医学人才。
An investigation about the graduate students from 1994 to 2006 was carried out. Employers and recruiters give the graduates an affirmative evaluation. To cultivate more excellentmedical talents, medical colleges should enhance integrated quality education and clinical training. In addition, medical colleges should push forward the work of employment guidance and foreigncommunication.
