摘要
金桔原产于我国,具有很高的食用、药用价值。对金桔的营养价值、保鲜、加工技术及在食品、医学中应用的最新研究进展进行综述,通过阐述金桔利用现状及存在问题,进一步探索新的开发途径,为金桔的综合利用及新的食品、药品的开发提供有益参考。
Kumquat is originated from China, it has high nutritional and medicinal value. The latest research on the nutritional value of kumquat, preservation and processing technology, and the application in food and medicine are summarized. The current situation and existing problems of utilization of kumquat are elaborated to explore new development ways and provide a useful reference for the comprehensive utilization of kumquat and development new food and drug.
