经皮微创内固定系统(LISS钢板)合鹿角壮骨胶囊治疗胫骨中下段骨折20例报道 被引量:3

20 Cases Report on Treating Middle and Distal Tibial Fractures with Percutaneous Minimal Invasive Internal Fixation System( LISS Steel Plate)together with Lujiao Zhuanggu Capsule

摘要 目的:观察经皮微创内固定系统(LISS钢板)配合鹿角壮骨胶囊治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法:将40例胫骨中下段骨折患者随机分为两组,每组各20例,治疗组(A组)采用经皮微创内固定系统(LISS钢板)手术并口服鹿角壮骨胶囊,对照组(B组)单纯采用经皮微创内固定系统(LISS钢板)手术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状的变化。结果:治疗组在膝、踝关节功能(Johner Wruhs评分)评价结果、局部症状体征变化、并发症发生率等方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮微创内固定系统(LISS钢板)合"鹿角壮骨胶囊"口服治疗胫骨中下段骨折,能有效减轻临床症状,促进肢体功能恢复,值得临床推广。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of treating middle and distal tibial fractures with per- cutaneous minimal invasive internal fixation system (LISS steel plate) together with Lujiao Zhuanggu Capsule. Methods: 40 patients with middle and distal tibial fractures were divided into two groups randomly and evenly.The treatment group (group A) took the operation of percutaneous minimal invasive internal fixation system ( LISS steel plate) while taking Lujiao Zhuanggn capsules orally at the same time. The control group ( group B) only took the operation of percutaneous minimal invasive internal fixation system (LISS steel plate). Compared the changes of the patients' clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: Com- pared with the control group, the evaluation results of the knee and ankle joints functions (Johner Wrnhs score), the change of the local symptoms and signs, and the complications had significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Treating middle and distal tibial fractures with pereutaneous minimal invasive internal fixa- tion system ( LISS Steel Plate) together with Lujiao Zhuanggu Capsule can effectively relieve the clinical symp- toms and promote the recovery of the limb function, which is worth clinical promoting.
