摘要
目的探讨经皮锁定钢板与传统解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折的治疗效果。方法我院收治的胫骨下段骨折患者98例,按奇偶数编号分为观察组和对照组各49例,观察组接受经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组接受传统解剖钢板内固定治疗,对比两组手术情况及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、肿胀消除时间、骨痂形成时间及骨愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折具有良好的效果,较传统解剖钢板内固定术的手术时间更少,恢复更快,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the effect of internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate with traditional anatomical plate in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods Ninety-eight patients with the distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital were divided into observation or control group according to the sequential number,49 in each group. The observation group was treated with percutaneous locking plate while the control group was treated with traditional anatomical plate.Surgical conditions and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The operation time,blood loss during operation,incision length,hospital stay,swelling elimination time,callus formation time and bone healing time in the observation group were shorter or less than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional anatomical plate,internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate has better effect,shorter surgical time and faster recovery.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
