氧化亚锡催化合成四庚酸季戊四醇酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了用氧化亚锡催化剂合成四庚酸季戊四醇酯的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为庚酸与季戊四醇的摩尔比4.5:1,反应时间6h,反应温度180℃-200℃,氧化亚锡的用量0.05%。四庚酸季戊四醇酯的羟值低于0.15mg儋。 The process conditions of synthesizing pentaerythritol tetra-heptanoate using stannous oxide cata- lyst were studied. The results showed that the optimum process conditions were the molar ratio of heptanoic acid and pentaerythritol 4.5:l,the reaction time 6 h, the reaction temperaturel80℃ - 200℃, and the amount of stan- nous oxide 0.05%. The hydroxyl value of pentaerythritol tetra-heptanoate was less than 0.15 mg/g.
