基于锡氧化物的NO_(2)气体传感器研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 NO_(2)对大气环境和人类健康都造成了严重威胁,有效监控NO_(2),对保护人类健康和自然环境均具有重要的意义。研究证明,锡元素形成的SnO、Sn_(3)O_(4)和SnNO_(2)等氧化物均对NO_(2)具备较好的响应性。锡氧化物及其复合材料广泛应用于NO_(2)的气敏检测中。对锡氧化物及其复合材料在NO_(2)气体传感领域的研究进行了综述,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 NO_(2)is a serious threat to the atmospheric environment and human health,effective detection and monitoring of NO_(2)are significant for the protection of environment and human health.Studies prove that tin oxides such as SnNO_(2),Sn3O4 and SnO have good responses to NO_(2),these tin oxides and their composites have been widely used in NO_(2)sensing.This article reviews the researches of tin oxides and their composites materials for NO_(2)sensing,and the future development direction is prospected.
