Multi-objective optimization for crashworthiness of corrugated tubes

摘要 研究波纹管受轴向压缩时耐撞性的优化设计。首先,选择波纹管总吸能和最大冲击力为目标函数,其主要几何参数为设计变量;其次,通过试验设计获得试验方案,进而建立耐撞性分析的替代模型;最后采用多目标优化进化算法NSGA-Ⅱ(针对不同设计变量进行实数编码或二进制编码)进行计算,最终获得优化问题的Pareto前端,实现波纹管耐撞性的多目标优化设计。研究工作为波纹管耐撞性的优化设计提供了重要工程参考。 The crashworthiness optimization of corrugated tubes subjected to axial crushing was studied. Firstly,the total energy absorption and the peak impact force were selected as objective functions,and the main geometric parameters of a tube were selected as the design variables. Secondly,the surrogate models were constructed using the DOE( design of experiment) information and the simulation results. Finally,the crashworthiness was optimized by using the multiobjective optimization algorithm NSGA-II. The binary or real number coding schemes were used for different types of variables. Pareto optimal front of this multi-objective problem was obtained to realize the multi-objective optimal design for crashworthiness of corrugated tubes. This study provided a valuable engineering reference for the crashworthiness optimal design of corrugated tubes.
