摘要 二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼( MoDTC)作为一种有效的摩擦改进剂、极压剂,可有效提高汽车发动机的燃油经济性。由于它不含磷,减少了汽车尾气净化催化剂的中毒,已逐渐替代二烷基二硫代磷酸钼( MoDDP )成为现代内燃机油配方中重要的组成部分。文章通过预先制得钼胺络合物前驱体,成功研制了均匀的、稳定的、油溶性佳的钼含量为7%左右的MoDTC。文章对合成的MoDTC进行了SRV摩擦磨损等摩擦性能测试。将合成的MoDTC以700 mg/kg的浓度(以Mo计)溶于150SN基础油,经检测,合成的MoDTC和国际市场同类产品在相同测试条件下具有相近的摩擦性能,摩擦系数在0.06-0.07之间,合成MoDTC表现出优异的减摩抗磨性能和极压特性。 As a kind of effective friction modifier and extreme pressure additive, molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC) can effectively improve the fuel economy of automobile engine. Because of phosphorus-free, MoDTC can reduce poisoning of au-tomobile exhaust purification catalyst,so it is gradual y replacing molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate ( MoDDP) and has been be-coming an important lubricating oil composition. In this paper, the researchers successful y synthesized uniform, stable and oily MoDTC with the molybdenum content of about 7% via preparing molybdenum amine precursor. MoDTC' s friction performance testing including SRV friction and wear test was performed. The produced MoDTC was added to 150SN base oil to give 700 mg/kg of Mo and was sampled to evaluate. The results show that the MoDTC and like products in international market possess similar friction-reducing and anti-wear properties under the same testing conditions. Their friction coefficients range from 0. 06 to 0. 07, the MoDTC demonstrates excel ent friction-lowering, wear-reducing and extreme pressure properties.
