摘要
建立妇炎舒胶囊中红景天苷含量的测定方法。采用Welchrom XDB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈（83∶17）为流动相,检测波长为275 nm,流速为1 m L/min,柱温30℃,进样体积10μL。结果表明,红景天苷在9.5~152.1μg/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为100.66%,RSD=1.84%（n=6）。该法简便易行、结果准确、重复性好,可用于妇炎舒胶囊中红景天苷的含量测定。
To develop HPLC method for the determination of salidroside in Fuyanshu capsules. The HPLC method was validated on Welchrom XDB-C18 chromatographic column （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of water （containing 0. 1% formic acid）-ACN （83： 17）. The detection wavelength was 275 nm,flow rate was 1 mIJmin,column temperature at 30 ℃ ,and the volume of injection was 10 μL. The result showed that the calibration curve of the salidroside showed good linearity in the range of 9.5 - 152. 1 μg/mL （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.66%, and RSD was 1.84% （n =6）. The developed method is simple and with ,high precision and accuracy,which can be used for the quality control of Fuyanshu capsules.
