摘要
目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合CIK细胞免疫治疗对中晚期肾癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取95例中晚期肾细胞癌患者,随机分为四组,CIK治疗组、复方苦参组、复方苦参组+CIK组、IL-2+INF-α组,分别抽取患者治疗前1周及治疗后3个月外周血,通过单抗技术和流式细胞仪测量外周血各项免疫指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+)变化情况,评价各组对免疫功能的影响。结果:复方苦参注射液联合CIK细胞治疗后,患者CD3+、CD4+升高,CD4+/CD8+比值升高,与另外三组相比,免疫指标改善程度明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合CIK细胞免疫治疗在一定程度上提高了中晚期肾癌患者的免疫功能。
Objective： Observation of cytokine-induced killer cells plus compound Kushen injection in treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma on immunity function. Methods： 60 patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma were randomly divided into 4 groups： the therapy group of CIK cells, compound Kushen injection, CIK cells plus compound Kushen injection and routine therapy group（IL-2＋IFN-α）. By monoclonal antibody technology and flow cytometry measurements, we detected the imunity function of 60 cases,including the levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋T cells,ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋,one week before therapy and one month after therapy. Results： Effects of CIK cells plus compound Kushen injection in treatment of patients with elevated CD3^＋/CD4^＋, CD8^＋ decreased CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio increased and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effects of CIK cells plus compound Kushen injection in the treatment of a certain extent improves immune function.
