摘要
在考虑高校教学、科研、社会服务三项产出和人员、财力、物资三项投入的指标体系基础上，使用随机前沿法，以2005～2010年教育部68所直属高校为样本，评价高校的成本效率并分析其影响因素。结果发现，中国高校成本效率处于下降趋势；东部地区高校的成本效率值最高，西部次之，中部最差；高校的地理位置、重点与否、教师的职称结构、生师比、学生的学历结构以及高校规模都显著影响高校的成本效率；“985工程”高校比非“985工程”高校的成本效率更高。
The paper ,based on three outputs of university teaching ,scientific research and social work ,as well as three input index system of personnel ,financial resources and materials ,adopts 68 subordinate universities of Ministry of Education as samples from the year of 2005 to 2010 ,using stochastic frontier approach to evalu‐ate universities’ cost efficiency and analyzes its influence factors .The results show that Chinese universities’ cost efficiency has a declining tendency ;with the cost efficiency value of the universities in the eastern region being the highest ,those in the west the secondary ,and those in the central region the worst ;that university geographic location ,whether it is a key university ,teachers’ professional title structure ,student and teacher ratio ,students’ academic structure and university scale are all the essential factors that influence universities ’ cost efficiency significantly ,and that the universities in 985 project have higher cost efficiency than the other u‐niversities .
