摘要
通过构建我国海洋经济绿色包容性评价体系,对我国沿海11个省区海洋经济绿色包容性水平的时空演变格局和驱动因素进行了分析。结果表明:①2006—2015年,我国海洋经济绿色包容性整体呈波动上升趋势,省际间的绝对差异较稳定,但相对差异呈缩小态势。②我国海洋经济绿色包容性在空间上呈现由中部较高水平集中连片分布向各层次交错分布转化的格局特征,各水平南北呈现均衡发展趋势。③海洋经济发展水平、政府支持、科技因素和人才支持力4个因素对海洋经济绿色包容性的发展具有正向影响。
By constructing the green inclusive evaluation system of China's marine economy,the spatial and temporal evolution pattern and driving factors of the marine economy's green inclusiveness in 11 provinces along the coast of China were analyzed.The results showed that:①From 2006 to 2015,the overall green inclusiveness of China's marine economy showed a volatility.The absolute difference between provinces was relatively stable,but the relative difference was shrinking.②The green inclusiveness of China's marine economy presented a pattern of spatially contiguous distribution from the central level to the interlaced distribution at various levels,each level showed a balanced development trend.③The four factors of marine economic development level,government support,scientific and technological factors and talent support had a positive impact on the green inclusive development of the marine economy.
