摘要
基于对"伤寒论‘三阴三阳六病’的内涵及辨证探讨"的研究认为,三阴三阳等六个概念,只是阴阳的划分,并无所指的具体物质,只有与存在具体物性的概念结合起来,才具有物质性,《伤寒论》中,张仲景创造性地将太阳等六个概念与"病"结合起来,称为太阳病、阳明病、少阳病、太阴病、少阴病、厥阴病等六病,"病"就是存在具体物质性的概念,"病"是人体产生的,因而"病"具有物质性。太阳病等六病的辨证论治,就是辨人体的"病",论治人体的"病"。《伤寒论》三阴三阳是指"病",离开了"病",三阴三阳就无具体所指的物质性了。
Based on the research on the connotation and exploration into syndrome differentiation of ＂ Three Yin and Three Yang and Six Types of Diseases＂ in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,the author thinks that the six concepts including three yin and three yang are only the division of yin and yang without referring to any specific material. There is specific materiality as long as the concept is connected with specific material. In Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,Zhang Zhong-jing creatively connects the six concepts with diseases,which are called six types of disease including taiyang disease,yangming disease,shaoyang disease,taiyin disease,shaoyin disease,and jueyin disease. ＂ Disease＂ is a concept which has specific materiality. ＂ Disease＂ comes from body and has materiality. Therapy with syndrome differentiation for six types of disease refers to body syndrome differentiation and treating body＇s disease. Therefore,in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,three yin and three yang refer to diseases; Without diseases,they have no specific materiality.
