摘要
从高职食品专业的实际与地区现状的出发,将行动导向教学体系引入教学实践中,对教学内容、教学方法及考核方式等进行改革,提出具体改革措施。如调整课程比例、增加实践课时,调整教学内容、进行教材选编,调整实验内容、增加综合实训;采用问题、项目、模拟等多种教学方法;降低笔试考核比例;并总结上述改革措施的应用效果。
According to the reality of higher vocational education major in food and the current condition of the regions, action-oriented teaching system was brought in. The aim was to proceed with educational reform which consists of teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation modes. Practical reform measures were proposed and application effects were summarized.
