Research into The Transmission Feature of Partially Coherent Light Communication System

摘要 大气湍流会造成在其中传输的激光光强上下起伏,降低激光大气通信系统的性能。部分相干光在湍流大气中传输时的光强起伏方差比完全相干光传输小,其可以作为一种抑制大气湍流效应的手段。针对部分相干光传输信道,研究了部分相干光传输信道误码率计算公式,在不同大气湍流强度下,对部分相干光传输信道的误码率进行了数值计算与分析,通过对比完全相干光传输时的结果,可以证明部分相干光传输能有效地降低通信误码率。 The atmospheric turbulence will cause the light intensity of laser propagating in atmosphere fluctuate,which reduces the performance of atmospheric laser communication system.The light intensity fluctuation variance of partially coherent light transmitting in the turbulent atmosphere is less than that of completely coherent optical,which can be used as a means to restrain the effect of atmospheric turbulence.For partially coherent light transmission channel,this paper studies the error rate calculation formula of partially coherent light transmission channel,performs data calculation and analysis to the error rate of partially coherent light transmission channel under different atmospheric turbulence intensity,and proves that partially coherent light transmission can effectively reduce the error rate of communication through comparing it with the result of completely coherent optical transmission.
