摘要
目的探讨系统性康复训练对肿瘤肩关节置换术患者术后康复的影响。方法选择收治并获随访的行肱骨近段瘤段骨切除、人工肩关节置换术患者24例,均接受系统性的康复干预且患者均积极配合。结果术后3个月及1年时肩关节主动活动度明显改善(P<0.05)。术后3个月及1年患者的Constant-Murley评分较术前明显增加,视觉模拟评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05)。24例患者中,1例术后10个月因肿瘤复发截肢,1例术后11个月死于全身多器官衰竭。结论系统性康复干预可以帮助患者树立康复信心,是保证手术成功、促进肩关节功能恢复的关键。
Objective To discuss the influence of systematic rehabilitation intervention on tumor patients with shoulder arthroplasty.Methods The study included 24 tumor patients who accepted shoulder arthroplasty in the hospital.All patients received systematic rehabilitation intervention and actively cooperated with rehabilitation.Results Active activity of the shoulder significantly improved 3months and 1year after the operation（P〈0.05）,Constant-Murley score was significantly higher,but Visual Analogue Scale score was significantly lower after operation as compared with before operation.In 24 patients,1case was amputated because of recurrence 10 months after the operation,and 1case died of systemic multiple organ failure 11 months after the operation.Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation nursing can help patients establish the rehabilitation confidence,which is a guarantee of successful operation,and it can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function as well.
