摘要
目的:观察并分析针灸和整脊的联合疗法在中风后遗症的治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我院共收治200例中风后遗症患者,按照随机的方式将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为100例。两组患者均进行针灸治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用整脊进行临床治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者的治疗有效率相比,观察组(93%)均要显著优于对照组(75%),比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义(P<0.05);两组均不存在明显的不良反应。结论:针灸和整脊的联合疗法在中风后遗症的治疗中的应用效果显著,可以显著地优化治疗效果,且安全性强,值得推广。
Objective： To observe application of combined acupuncture and chiropractic therapy in treating sequela of apoplexy. Methods： In our hospital treated a total of 200 cases of sequelae of s troke patients, according to random w ay, were included i n the observation group and control group, each group of 100 cases. Two groups of patients were both treated with acupuncture treatment, on the basis oft his, the observation g roup was added with clinical chiropractic treatment. Re sults： After t he treatment, the efficacy in the observation group （93%） was significantly better than the control group （75%）, there was statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）; there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion： Combined therapy of acupuncture and chiropractic in treating sequela of apoplexy was significant, can significantly optimize clinical effect, with high safety, is worthy of promotion.
