摘要
目的：探讨针刺结合康复训练对中风后遗症的疗效。方法：将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针灸结合康复训练疗法，对照组单纯采用康复训练治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100.0%，高于对照组的94.9%（P<0.05）。结论：针灸结合康复训练治疗中风后遗症临床疗效显著，操作简单方便，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on apoplectic sequelae. Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, control group only with treatment of rehabilitation training, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:The total effec-tive rate of treatment group was 100%, higher than that of control group by 94.9%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treating sequelae of apoplexy is significant, operation of which is simple and convenient, being worthy of clinical promo-tion and application.
