医学研究生对医学统计学的认知态度、教学感受和应用需求调查分析 被引量:44

摘要 目的医学统计学是获取医学科学研究最佳证据的必要工具,其难度性和理解性一直是困扰医学统计学教学的瓶颈。了解医学研究生的学习态度及其相关影响因素,有助于优化医学统计学教学模式。方法本研究结合统计学态度相关的标准问卷,自研针对我国医学研究生的医学统计学态度相关问卷,评价其对医学统计学的认知态度、教学感受、应用需求和意见,并采用多元分析探讨可能的影响因素。结果通过调查465名一年级研究生发现,被调查者对医学统计学基本呈积极态度,有较强的学习兴趣,希望加强医学统计学在研究设计、统计方法的选择、统计结果专业解释等应用能力的培养;学位、医学统计学的应用经历、逻辑思维能力、数学基础、计算机基础是影响医学统计学态度的主要因素。结论在未来教学中,我们应关注研究生的学习态度和应用需求,采用由实际问题引入的教学模式,开展模块化教学,加强医学统计学实践应用能力的培养,提高研究生的医学统计学学习兴趣、实践科研思维和应用的能力。 Objective Medical statistics is considered as an important tool to acquire medical research evidence,however,the difficulties and obscureness make this course hard to teach. It is helpful to know the medical postgraduates study attitudes and relative influences for current teaching mode optimization. Methods A specialized questionnaire was developed based on international standard questionnaire SATS to evaluate the current attitudes of Chinese medical postgraduates toward medical statistics teaching,learning and application. Results 465 questionnaires were completed by fresh graduate students and analyzed. Most medical postgraduates held positive attitudes toward medical statistics with strong learning interests, of which applications such as research design, statistical methods selection and the statistical interpretation were considered to be developed with more attention. Survey results also showed that attitudes toward medical statistics might be influenced by academic degree type, appli- cation experience, logical thinking ability, mathematics foundation and computer basis. Conclusion Application development should be enhanced by modularization teaching with practical issues.
