摘要
通过提高粮油资源的综合利用率和产品附加值,从粮油副产物中分离提纯出蕴含着丰富的、具有各种生物功效的生物活性物质,作为很好的保健功效成分应用于食品中,也可不断开发食品添加剂新品种,从而创造可观的经济效益和显著的社会效益。以具体应用为案例,对此进行了探讨和实践。
By increasing the grain and oil resources comprehensive utilization and product added value, from grain and oil byproducts separation purification contains rich, with a variety of biological effects of bioactive substances, as good care ingredients used in the food, and constantly develop new varieties of food additives, to create considerable economic benefits and social benefits significant. Taking the concrete application as a case, this study discusses and practices.
