摘要
社区矫正立法具有紧迫性,但并不能因此而匆忙立法,需要以十八届四中全会的立法理念为指导,坚持科学民主立法、条件成熟立法、粗细适宜立法、远近结合立法的原则。
Community correction legislation is urgent, but it should not rush into being. We should take the fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China legislative concept as guidance, adhere to legislation with the principles of scientific and democratic, the principles of the mature conditions, the principles of the suitable thickness and the principles of the combination of distance between current and future.
