摘要
对现有铁路枢纽内快运班列组织模式(OMM)进行研究.提出将铁路物流中心站考虑进编发快运班列的站点集合,与编组站协同处理编发快运班列的组织新模式(OMLM);在借鉴双层时空网络原理基础上,结合货主对货物运到期限的要求,以货主满意度最大和编发班列的收益最大为优化目标,以同一方向的货物不可被拆分,货物送达编发站的发车条件为约束,建立了铁路枢纽内快运班列编发时刻混合整数优化模型(RCETS),并用ILOG CPLEX软件求解;最后设计算例将提出的OMLM模式与OMM模式进行对比,结果表明,与OMM模式相比,在本文提出的OMLM模式下,当双目标的权重取值相等时,货主满意度增加19.84%,编发快运班列收益提高88.33%,能更好适应实货制改革的要求.
This paper researched the existed organization mode of cargo express train in railway hub( Organization Mode of Marshaling station,OMM) and proposed an organization mode( Organization Mode of Logistic station and Marshaling station,OMLM) that considered railway logistic center station into the set of organization station to manage the cargo express train. A mixed integer optimal model of cargo express train managed time in railway hub( Railway Cargo Express Train Sending model,RCETS) based on the theory of two layer time space network was constructed,which combined with the time requirement of customer,took the maximum of customer satisfaction and cargo express train profit as the optimal objective and considered the constraint that the goods in the same direction cannot be split and the train departure condition of organization station with goods. We used ILOG CPLEX software to solve the model and compared the OMM mode and the OMLM mode in the case study finally. The case study verifies the effectiveness of RCETS model and algorithm. The result shows that when the weight of two objectives is equal,the proposed OMLM mode increases the customer satisfaction by 19. 84% and cargo express train profit by 88. 33% in contrast to the OMM mode,which can better meet the requirement of railway freight reform.
