摘要
对异型烟柔性分拣系统的研究是烟草物流自动化领域的重要内容之一。本文针对异型烟因规格不一,无法自动分拣、堆垛,分拣效率低下的问题,研究提出了双排烟仓双码垛异型烟自动分拣技术方案;研发柔性烟仓以及机械手码垛,实现异型烟码垛分拣自动化;设计了异型烟自动分拣虚拟托盘及合单算法;采用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation搭建了分拣线仿真模型,在SimTalk实现虚拟托盘及合单算法;实验表明,本文提出的双码垛方法显著提高了异型烟自动分拣效率,达到9 174条/小时,是单码垛分拣系统效率的1.92倍。
The flexible sorting system for non -conventional types of cigarettes is an important part of tobacco logistics automation. The double -pallet automatic sorting technology with double -line warehouse for non -conventional cigarettes was put forward to address irregularity, auto -sorting failure, stacking and low efficiency due to non -standard specifications. The flexible cigarette storehouse and palletizing manipulator were developed to enable the auto -sorting of non - conventional cigarettes. A virtual tray algorithm and combining order algorithm were designed and was applied in SimTalk. The sorting line simulation model was built using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. The experiment shows that the proposed double stacking significantly improves the efficiency of the automatic sorting for non -conventional types of cigarettes, reaching 9 174 bar per hr, 1.92 times the efficiency adopted by the single output system.
