摘要
为提升穿孔管消声器的消声性能,基于GT-POWER软件研究了穿孔参数对穿孔式消声器传声损失的影响及其规律。结果表明:中间管非全穿孔时传声损失会出现共振峰,将其与扩张腔组合能够消除扩张式消声器的通过频率,并抑制共振峰过快衰减。在此基础上,提出一种穿孔管与扩张腔的优化组合结构,并对某消声器进行改进,改进后的传声损失得到了显著提高。
Abstract:In order to promote the muffler performance,the influence of sound transmission loss for perforation parameters is stud-ied based on GT-POWER. The results show that middle tube of non-uniform perforation muffler combined with expansion of cavitycan eliminate the expansion through frequency and suppress the formant fast attenuation by using the law that middle tube of non-uniform perforation can appear formant features. On that fact,put forward an optimum combination slruclure made up of expansionchamber and perforated tube and improve the transmission loss of a muffler.
