摘要
重点介绍带内插管扩张式消声器的声学性能,采用有限元方法计算扩张式消声器的传递损失,分析不带内插管与带内插管扩张式消声器的区别,并且比较不同内插管结构形式对扩张式消声器声学性能的影响。计算表明,无内插管时扩张式消声器存在许多通过频率,在通过频率消声量为零,增加内插管后可以消除某些通过频率。在保证通流面积一定的情况下,采用多个内插管并联结构,在高频时声学性能有较大改善。
The acoustic performance of expansion chamber mufflers with intubation tubes was analyzed. Transmission loss of the expansion muffler was computed by using the finite element method. The difference between the performances of the mufflers with and without the intubation expansion muffler was analyzed and the influences of the intubation structures on acoustic performance of the mufflers were compared. Computation results show that there is no noise reduction effect for some pass frequencies without intubation expansion muffler and these pass frequencies can be eliminated by adding the intubation tubes, When the sectional area of the flow is maintained constant, the acoustic performance can be improved substantially at high frequencies using parallel structure with multiple intubations.
