摘要
详细介绍了一种应急移动排水车轨陆切换系统的设计,并以该系统为研究对象,提出运用基于AMESim与ADAMS联合仿真技术与仿真方法,运用ADAMS软件建立了轨陆切换机构力学模型,运用AMESim软件建立了液压系统模型,并分析了轨陆切换系统的动态特性,其结果证明了轨陆切换系统的可行性,并为进一步优化设计提供了参照。
The design of road-rail-shifting system for emergency mobile drainage car is described in detail in this paper. With the road-rail-shifting system as the object of the research,the modeling and simulation methods based on AMESim and ADAMS co-simulation are proposed. A dynamic model about the road-rail-shifting system is built on ADAMS and the hydraulic system model is built on AMESim. The dynamic characteristic of road-rail-shifting system is analyzed and the feasibility of the system is verified,which provides references for the further research.
