摘要 介绍了桑枝剪伐机的结构和工作原理。在使用Visio软件设计该剪伐机的液压系统的基础上,选择控制液压马达进给的伸缩缸为研究对象,分析了双作用单活塞杆在伸缩缸内速度以及缸内液体压力的变化规律,利用AMESim软件对伸缩缸液压回路进行了建模和仿真分析。通过仿真结果测试设计的伸缩缸回路是否合理,达到提高设计效率和验证设计是否正确的目的,为剪伐机及其液压系统的局部结构进一步优化和改进提供必要的理论依据。 The structure and working principle of mulberry shoots trimmer were introduced and designed,and the hydraulic system of it was designed which was based on Visio,meanwhile the hydraulic cylinder which controlled the hydraulic motor’s motion was chosen and analyzed as the object of the research.The variations of single-rod double acting hydraulic cylinders’speeds and hydraulic pressures on both sides were analyzed,and the software AMESim was used to modeling and simulation analysis of the hydraulic cylinder circuit.Through the results of simulation of the hydraulic circuit which were judged the rationality of hydraulic system,these processes can improve the design efficiency and verify the correctness of the mulberry shoots trimmer.In general,the working of the research can provide the necessary theoretical basis to the further optimization and improvement performance of the trimmer devices in the future application.
