摘要
高粱是一种在世界广泛种植的谷类作物,其品种丰富,抗逆性强,并且营养丰富,应用广泛。主要综述了高粱的营养特点以及高粱在食用、酿造、饲用等多个方面的开发应用状况,并对其前景进行了讨论。进一步说明发展高粱多元化产业具有重要的意义和广阔的前景。
Sorghum [ Sorghum bicolor ( L. ) Moench ] is a widely grown cereal crop all over the world. It has rich varieties, strong resistance, profuse nutrition and wide application. This paper reviewed the nutritional characteristics of sorghum and its development and application status on food, brew, feed and other aspects, and carried out the discussion about the prospect of development. It is further illustrated that sorghum has important significance and broad prospect in the development of diversified industrial.
