主要气象因子对冰糖橙果实品质的影响 被引量:25

Effects of Main Meteorological Factors on Fruit Quality of Bingtang Sweet Orange

摘要 冰糖橙是湖南省最具特色的柑橘地方优良品种,但同一果园不同年份的果实品质有明显差异,研究不同气象因子对冰糖橙果实品质的影响,可为提高冰糖橙果实品质制定相应的栽培技术措施提供参考.在湖南省永兴县选取3个冰糖橙品系,对2009~2012年连续4年果实的可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、果实大小分别进行测定,并对日照时数、昼夜温差、降雨量等相关数据进行统计分析.结果表明,9~11月的总日照时数多、平均昼夜温差大的年份果实的可溶性固形物含量高;年降雨量大,尤其是6~11月的总降雨量大的年份,可滴定酸含量高;年降雨量小,尤其是6~11月的总降雨量小,年日照时数多,尤其是6~11月的总日照时数多的年份,固酸比值大;7~9月的总降雨量大的年份冰糖橙的果实大.日照时数、昼夜温差、降雨量等气象因子对冰糖橙果实的可溶性固形物含量、酸含量和果实大小等品质有重要影响. Bingtang sweet orange is one of the most distinctive citrus resources in Hunan province. There were fruit quality differentialbetween different years of the same orchard. The studies on effects of didderent meteorological factors on fruit quality of Bingtang sweetorange can provide scientific evidences for improving the fruit quality in corresponding cultivation techniques. In this study, 3 clones ofBingtang sweet orange were selected from Yongxing county, Hunan province, the contents of soluble solids, acid and fruit size of Bingtangsweet orange fruits harvested from 2009 to 2012 were measured, and the total sunshine hours, the average temperature difference betweenday and night, and the annual precipitation etc. were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the soluble solids contents of fruits weretended to be higher when the total sunshine hours from September to November was longer and the average temperature difference betweenday and night was larger; the acid contents were tended to be higher when the annual precipitation especially of it from June to Novemberwas more; the ratio of TSS and acid was tended to be higher when the annual precipitation especially of it from June to November were lessand the annual sunshine hours especially of it from June to November were longer; the average fruit weight was bigger when the totalprecipitation especially of it from July to September was more. The total sunshine hours, the average temperature difference between dayand night, and the annual precipitation have important affects on TSS, acid and fruit size of Bingtang sweet orange.
