摘要
目的观察千根草乙醇总提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯小鼠耳肿胀模型和毛细血管通透性实验研究千根草乙醇总提取物的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察千根草乙醇总提取物的镇痛作用。结果千根草乙醇总提取物高、中、低剂量(40、20、10 g/kg)均能显著抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,高、中剂量组能显著抑制乙酸所致的小鼠腹腔通透性增高(P<0.05),显著减少乙酸所致的小鼠疼痛扭体次数,提高热刺激所致的小鼠痛阈百分率(P<0.05)。结论千根草乙醇总提取物有显著的抗炎作用和一定的镇痛作用。
Objective To study of the extract of Euphorbia thymifolia L. on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Methods The mice model of acute auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and capillary permeability induced by acetic acid were used to observe anti-inflammatory effects. The pain models of mice induced by acetic acid or hot plate were used to observe analgesic effects. Results The ethanol extract of Euphorbia thymifolia L. at the doses of 10,20 and 40 g / kg obviously reduced auricle swelling and at the doses of 20,40 g / kg inhibited capillary permeability( P 〈 0. 05). The extract of Euphorbia thymifolia L.at the doses of 20 and 40 g / kg inhibited writhing response and improved the percentage of the pain threshold in the hot-plate procedure( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The ethanol extract of Euphorbia thymifolia L. displays anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
