摘要
中国台湾地区建立了较为完备的家庭教育指导服务体系:通过家庭教育萌芽及观念宣传、体制建立以及法治化三个阶段,建立起了较为系统的政策法律体系;由教育行政部门担当家庭教育管理机构,家庭教育中心则是推展家庭教育的中坚力量,其他机构特别是学校和大众传播机构亦是重要的推展机构;开发和实施了各类家庭教育课程,并推出了针对不同类别家庭的教育计划。中国台湾地区家庭教育指导服务体系的成功经验值得借鉴。
A complete system of guidance and service for family education has been established in Taiwan. A consummate system of law and policy for family education has been set up in three stages： the dissemination of concepts, the formation of the system and the rule of law. The administrative department of education is in charge of managing family education. The center of family education is the core force for the promotion of family education, while other organizations, especially schools and mass communication organizations, also play an important part in it. Various curricula for family education have been developed and implemented; at the same time, programs for different kinds of family have been worked out and promoted. From an examination of the system of guidance and service for family education in Taiwan, we get implications in such diverse aspects as ideology, systematic guarantee, organizational guarantee and implementation strategy.
