摘要
目的：探讨氢化可的松和泼尼松治疗小儿过敏性紫癜消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年9月~2014年9月收治的60例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予氢化可的松和泼尼松治疗，比较两组的症状缓解时间和总有效率。结果观察组的皮疹、消化道出血、关节症状缓解时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率为96.7%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氢化可的松和泼尼松治疗小儿过敏性紫癜消化道出血效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydrocortisone and prednisone in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 60 children with anaphylactoid purpura complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding from September 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given hydrocortisone and prednisone on the basis of the control group.The remission time of symptom,the to-tal effective rate in two groups was compared. Results The remission time of rashes,gastrointestinal bleeding,joint symp-tom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total ef-fective rate in observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 70.0% in the control group,with significant differ-ence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of hydrocortisone and prednisone in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpu-ra in children with gastrointestinal bleeding is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
