甲基强的松龙治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的:观察甲基强的松龙治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:将毛细支气管炎患儿42例随机平均分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用甲基强的松龙1～2mg/(kg·d),分1～2次静脉点滴,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用氢化可的松4～8mg/(kg·d),分1～2次静脉点滴。结果:患儿喘息、住院时间缩短等方面治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:甲基强的松龙治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效。
