猪抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白联合环孢素治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的疗效及安全性分析被引量：1

摘要目的分析和探讨猪抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白联合环孢素治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的临床效果与安全性。方法 30例重型再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。观察组采用猪抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白联合环孢素治疗,对照组患者采用环孢素治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,但同时不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重型再生障碍性贫血治疗中,猪抗人淋巴细胞球蛋白联合环孢素治疗效果显著,但不良反应较多,在使用时应注意并发症及不良反应的防治。
