小剂量环孢素联合左旋咪唑治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血效果观察被引量：2

摘要目的：分析和研究小剂量环孢素联合左旋咪唑治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血临床效果。方法：选取2012年8月-2014年8月非重型再生障碍性贫血患者94例，将其按投币随机法分为观察组与对照组，每组各有患者47例。对照组患者给予环孢素治疗；观察组患者给予小剂量环孢素＋左旋咪唑治疗，将2纽患者治疗6个月后的效果及患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果：2组患者治疗总有效率相比较：2组无明显差异P〉0．05。2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率相比较：观察组低于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：将小剂量环孢素联合左旋咪唑应用于非重型再生障碍性贫血患者治疗中，其能够显著提高患者血小板水平值，降低不良反应发生几率，对提高治疗效果以及减轻患者经济负担均具有重要作用。
