摘要
目的:探讨女性不孕不育与染色体核型异常之间的关系。方法:对132例确诊为不孕的女性患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带进行核型分析。结果:女性不孕症患者中共检出染色体异常核型10例,异常率为7.57%。在所有异常核型中,特纳综合征的发生率最高,共4例,占异常核型的40.0%。结论:染色体异常可导致不孕不育,对女性不孕患者做染色体检查能够为诊断和治疗提供重要依据。
Objective：To investigate the relationship of female infertility and chromosome abnormality. Method：132 female patients with infertility were selected, and karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were carried out by standard methods, and G binding.Result：There were 10 cases of abnormal karyotypes which was 7.57% in all examiner.The Turners syndromes were the most common, 40.0% of the total abnormal chromosomes.Conclusion：It is necessary for female patients with infertility to take chromosome.
