摘要
目的通过绒毛细胞染色体核型的分析,寻找自然流产和胚胎发育不良的病因。方法应用绒毛细胞短期培养法制备染色体,取75例自然流产和胚胎发育不良患者流产下来的绒毛作为实验组,取计划生育人工流产者的绒毛48例作为对照组,比较两组染色体核型的异常率。结果⑴实验组中72例获得染色体分析结果,成功率95.8%,染色体异常31例,异常率43.1%;对照组成功率100.0%,1例染色体异常,异常率为2.0%。两组异常率的差别有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。⑵实验组中孕≤60d发生自然流产和胚胎发育不良21例,染色体异常12例(57.1%);孕>60d的51例中,染色体异常19例(37.2%),前者异常率高于后者,但差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。⑶实验组中31例绒毛染色体异常的患者平均年龄(26.21±3.33)岁,41例染色体正常的流产患者平均年龄(26.04±3.28)岁,两组间年龄的差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论胚胎染色体异常是造成自然流产和胚胎发育不良的重要原因,且有流产发生得越早,染色体异常率越高的趋向。
Objective To assess the chromosome abnormalities of chorionic villus from spontaneous abortion and embryo maldevelopment. Methods The kyryotype of 75 abortus of early spontaneous abortion and the chorionic villis from 48 normal pregnancies were analyzed. All samples were cultured by short-time method and karyotyped by standard G-banding technique. Results The successful culture rate was 95.8% (7275) in the test group and 100.0% in control group. The chromosome abnormality rate was 43.1% and 2.0% in two groups respectively (P<0.01). The chromosome abnormality rate in spontaneous abortion before 60 d was 57.1% and that after 60 d was 37.2% (P>0.05). In spontaneous abortion group there was no significant difference between ages of women with normal or abnormal chromosome karyotypes (P>0.05) . Conclusion The data indicates that chromosome abnormality of embryo might be an important cause of spontaneous abortion and embryo maldevelopment.
