摘要
目的:探讨复方益气化痰方及其拆方辨治老年抑郁症的临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法:选取2010年2月至2013年12月90例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象并分成2组,对照组45例,给予常规西药治疗;观察组45例,在对照组基础上加用复方益气化痰方及其拆方治疗,观察治疗后临床效果变化。结果:对照组总有效率71.11%,观察组总有效率88.89%,2组比较差异有统计学意义;在相关指标如治疗时间、症状缓解时间、生活满意度、日常生活能力、治疗费用、中医证候积分等方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论:复方益气化痰方及其拆方辨治老年抑郁症临床效果显著,不良反应低。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of compound Yiqi Huatan Decoction and its disassembled prescriptions in treating senile depression, in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods： From 2010. 2 ~ 2013.12 90 cases of senile depression patients as the research object, divided into 2 groups, 45 cases in the control group, treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group of 45 cases, the control group on the basis of ANP treated with compound Yiqi Huatan Decoction, observe the changes after treatment in the clinical effect. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 71.11% , total effective rate of observation group is 88.89% ; the two groups was statistically significant; there were significant in comparing the relevant parameters such as treatment time, the duration of remission, life satisfaction, ability of daily life, the cost of treatment, TCM syndrome integral difference. Conclusion： Compound Yiqi Huatan Decoction and its disassembled in treating senile depression has clinical effect significantly with low adverse reaction.
