摘要
通过探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OHd G)和锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD)水平的特点,相关分析其与BODE指数的关系。选择AECOPD患者96例,健康对照组90例,检测血清8-OHd G水平及Mn SOD水平,与AECOPD患者BODE指数进行相关分析。结果发现:与健康对照组比较,AECOPD患者血清8-OHd G升高、Mn SOD降低,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。AECOPD患者血清8-OHd G与Mn SOD呈负相关(p<0.01);血清8-OHd G与BODE指数正相关(p<0.01),血清Mn SOD与BODE指数负相关(p<0.01)。说明8-OHd G与Mn SOD水平的变化与AECOPD的病情严重程度相关。
To analyze the relationship of serum 8-OHdG,MnSOD levels and BODE indexes in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）,and investigate the clinical value of serum 8-OHdG and MnSOD in evaluating disease severity and prognosis. A comparative study was performed in 96 AECOPD patients and 90 matched healthy individuals. The serum levels of 8-OHdG and MnSOD in both groups were measured.Correlation analysis was performed between serum 8-OHdG,MnSOD levels and BODE indexes in the patients with AECOPD. The serum 8-OHdG concentrations were higher, serum MnSOD concentrations were lower in patients with AECOPD compared with those in control subjects. There were statistical significances （p〈0. 01）. MnSOD levels were correlated negatively with 8-OHdG levels in patients with AECOPD （p〈0.01）. 8-OHdG levels were correlated positively with BODE indexes. MnSOD levels were correlated negatively with BODE indexes. Detection of serum 8-OHdG and MnSOD can help evaluate the severity of COPD.
