摘要
介绍了基于CCD图像传感器的表面质量检测技术的系统硬件构成,软件构成,主要流程。经生产现场进行了3次钢板表面质量检测试验结果表明,基本可以实现对钢板缺陷在线自动检测,但仍需进一步搜集大量的各种缺陷样本以及大量正常钢板的样本,为钢板缺陷图像样本库和特征库的建立以及钢板缺陷检测软件的优化设计进一步积累经验。
This paper introduces the hardware, software and main processing systems of surface defects inspection system for steel plate production line based on CCD image sensor technology. Three trial tests of inspection on plates' surface defects were carried on plate production line. The trial results show that the system can realize on line inspection but it' s necessary to collect a big quantity of defects pictures and normal plates for establishing defects data base and characters data base which will be helpful to optimize the inspection software.
