基于测试方位的汽车发电机噪声分析

摘要 对汽车发电机在前、后、侧不同测试方位下的测试数据进行分析,首先分析发电机前、后、侧三种方位的噪声对发电机整体噪声的贡献量,分析结果表明后测试方位噪声所占比重最大。然后分别对汽车发电机不同阶次的测试数据进行分析,选取声压级贡献量最大的两种阶次做前、后、侧三种方位的与标准电机的对比分析,最后通过声压级的数值来进一步定位电机噪声产生的转速区间,分析噪声可能产生的原因。 The test data were analyzed, which were obtained by testing the automobile generator in different test orientations including front, back and side. First, the contribution of the noise coming from the generator's front, back and side to the whole noise was analyzed. The result shows that the noise coming from the back accounts for the largest part. Then the data of generators of different orders were analyzed and the top two orders which contribute the most to the sound pressure level were chosen to be compared with the standard generator in different test orientations. Finally, a numerical sound pressure level is used to further locate the noise generated by the motor speed range. And the reasons for noise to arise is analyzed.
