亨健矿回采巷道围岩变形机理及耦合支护技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 依据亨健矿2505工作面下巷现场调查和监测,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏特点,研究了变形失稳机理,得出了支护系统与围岩的不耦合是影响巷道围岩稳定性的主要原因。针对此问题,应用耦合支护理论,构建了"锚杆+锚索+钢筋网+W钢带+槽钢"的新型锚网索支护技术,并对支护参数及支护过程进行优化,矿压观测结果表明,该技术达到了维护巷道稳定的目的。 According to the field observation and monitoring, the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock were analyzed, the instability mechanism was studied. The result indicated main cause of the surrounding rock deformation and failure was the non - coupling of the support system and rock mass. Under this condition, a new support technique was proposed, comprising bolt, anchor, mesh reinforcement, W - type steel band and channel steel, parameters and procedure of the proposed support technique were optimized. Site monitoring and observations show that, the technique maintains the stability of mining roadway.
